	[브레이크뉴스경기남부=수원 이귀선기자] 수원시정연구원(원장 김선희)은 2022년 한 해 동안 발표된 109건의 연구보고서를 재조명하고 정책현안 대응 및 지역문제 해결 등 탁월한 성과를 거둔 연구과제를 「2022. 우수 연구보고서」로 선정했다.   연구원에 따르면 발표에 따른 주요 연구과제는 정책연구, 기획연구, 기본연구 3개 부문 각 3건으로 총 9건의 우수 연구보고서를 밝혔다.   □ 정책연구 부문 정책연구 최우수는 김은영 연구위원의 「수원시 생물다양성 기본계획 수립」 연구과제로, 인류의 생존을 위협하는 생물다양성 감소의 위험을 경고하며 생물다양성의 의미와 가치를 보존하기 위한 비전·미션·전략을 제시했다는 점에서 높게 평가 받았다. 우수 2건은 정수진 선임연구위원의 「수원시 도시계획변경 사전협상제도 운영방안」과 최지연 연구위원의 「수원 청년정책 발전방향 연구」가 선정됐다.     □ 기획연구 부문 기획연구 최우수는 송화성 연구위원의 「수원 스마트관광 콘텐츠 개발방안」 연구과제로, 대학과 연계하여 스마트관광의 주 수요층인 MZ세대의 선호와 의견을 반영한 수요자 맞춤형 스마트관광 콘텐츠를 제시하고 관·학·연 협업을 통한 스마트관광도시 조성 방안을 마련했다는 점에서 높게 평가 받았다. 우수 2건은 정재진 연구위원의 「2022년 상반기 수원시 재정현안 및 민선7기 재정현황 분석」과 김도훈 연구위원의 「동인선 소외지역 순환형 BRT 추진 전략」이 선정됐다.   □ 기본연구 부문 기본연구 최우수는 황소하 연구위원의 「수원시 공유재산의 효율적 관리체계 구축」 연구과제로, 기존의 유지·보존 중심의 재산관리에서 효율적 활용·수익창출 중심의 적극적 자산관리로 공유재산 관리체계 전환을 제안하고 구체적 개선방안을 제시했다는 점에서 높게 평가 받았다. 우수 2건은 한연주 연구위원의 「수원특례시 사회복지정책 수립을 위한 기초연구」, 허경재 연구위원의 「수원시 인구·가구 이동특성 및 영향요인 분석」이 선정됐다.   김선희 수원시정연구원장은 우수 연구보고서로 선정된 연구진들에게 축하와 그간의 연구수행 노력에 격려를 전하면서, 민선8기 수원특례시 비전 「수원을 새롭게, 시민을 빛나게」를 실현하기 위해 정책플랫폼으로서 연구원 역할을 다해야 한다며, “앞으로도 수원시 정책 개발과 시정발전에 기여하는 연구를 통해 수원시민 삶의 실질적인 변화를 이루도록 노력해 나갈 것”이라고 말했다.   아래는 위 기사를 '구글 번역'으로 번역한 영문 기사의 [전문]입니다. 수원시정연구원(원장 김선희) 부설 수원학연구센터는 ‘수원학연구’ 학술지에 게재할 논문을 모집한다고 밝혔다. ​ ‘수원학연구’는 수원의 인문‧사회과학 분야 연구, 수원을 주요 공간적 범위로 수행한 연구, 역사적 전통과 관련된 기초연구, 지역의 비교연구 등 수원을 주제로 한 우수 논문을 발굴하여 2016년부터 연 1~2회 발간하는 학술지이다. ​ 논문 주제는 ▲수원의 인문학 및 사회과학 분야 ▲수원의 도시, 조경, 건축, 교통 등의 학문분야 ▲수원학 및 각 지역학‧도시학 연구방법론 및 연구사 ▲수원을 중심으로 다른 지역의 관계연구 등이며, 투고된 논문 심사를 거쳐 게재여부가 확정된다. ​ 게재가 확정된 논문은 편당 소정의 연구지원비가 지급될 예정이다. ​ 논문 투고는 오는 4월 29일까지 가능하며, 논문은 200자 원고지 150매 이내로 워드프로세서를 활용 A4에 작성하여 이메일(suwonstudy@suwon.re.kr)로 제출하면 된다. ​ 신청서, 제출서류, 작성 요강 등 기타 자세한 사항은 수원시정연구원 홈페이지(www.suwon.re.kr)를 통해 확인할 수 있으며, 문의사항은 수원학연구센터(031-220-8058)로 문의하면 된다. ​ ​ 박기표(pkpyo78@hanmail.net) <저작권자 ⓒ 경인투데이뉴스 무단전재 및 재배포 금지> 박기표의 다른기사보기
